Quotes, retainers, and milestones are handled through direct project communication unless another written arrangement exists.
Late or missing payment may pause future delivery, access, or deployment actions until the account is brought current.

Intellectual Property
Clients receive rights to approved deliverables according to the project agreement, while Pookie Studios retains ownership of internal frameworks, reusable systems, tooling, methods, and pre-existing assets unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Operating Notes
Your branded final assets are yours to use according to the project agreement.
Internal libraries, reusable code patterns, pipelines, and studio know-how remain studio property.
Any public case study, teaser, or portfolio use will follow the agreement or require permission where appropriate.

AI Usage & Limitations
Our AI systems are provided for creative assistance, operational support, and technical utility. They are non-deterministic and should be verified for accuracy. Usage is subject to specific throughput limits to ensure studio-wide service stability.
Operating Notes
Standard quota allows 100 messages per hour per user before a 4-hour cooldown period.
Global engine limits apply (PS-Ultra: 40 RPM, Pookie-Neural: 40 RPM, Pookie-Fast: 180 RPM).
Automated prompt injection, jailbreaking, or scraping attempts will result in permanent system blacklisting.

Support & Conduct
Support systems, AI assistants, and portal tools are designed to help you move faster, but they still depend on accurate inputs and good-faith use. Abuse, impersonation, or intentional misuse can be rate-limited or blocked immediately.
Operating Notes
AI responses are operational assistance, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
System logs and message pairs are persisted for security audit and service optimization.
High-fidelity features (cursors, noise, 3D) may be dynamically disabled to protect your local performance.
